3D-Printing

Luminy® PLA is the safest material of choice in 3D-printing filaments. It's based on lactic acid, a naturally occurring substance that is approved as food ingredient. PLA has a relatively low melting point compared to traditional plastics and does not result in strong odors or unhealthy emissions when printing.

In terms of performance, using PLA allows for excellent detail in the final print and exceptional visual qualities. For 3D-printing applications, PLA can be used as standalone polymer or in the form of compounds.

The use of specialized compounds can result in ABS look & feel with heat resistance up to 100°C.
